These Terms & Conditions govern admission to and enrolment at Irshadiyya Residential Public School, Kovalloor. By seeking admission, students and their parents/guardians agree to abide by the rules and policies of the school.

01. Admission

Admission is granted on the basis of the school's assessment and interview process, subject to payment of the admission fee and submission of the required documents. Confirming admission implies that the student and parents have read and accepted all policies of the school.

02. Parental Responsibilities

• Parents/guardians are responsible for paying all fees on or before the due dates.
• Visits to the campus are permitted only during designated times or by prior arrangement.
• All communication with students is directed through their parents or guardians.

03. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain the discipline and standards of the school at all times.
• The campus is strictly substance-free.
• Ragging in any form will lead to expulsion and referral to the appropriate authorities.
• Any damage to school property will be charged to the student responsible.

04. Institutional Authority

The school reserves the right to revise its policies, fees and rules, and to take disciplinary action as required. The management holds the final authority on all matters. The school may require a student to leave in the case of persistent misconduct, without any refund of fees.

05. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the regulations of the State of Kerala. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ernakulam District, Kerala.
